Refund Policy

All products sold at www.rmrsolutions.com are refundable!

We offer a 30 day refund policy on any products that have NOT BEEN OPENED/OR USED. (seal must still be intact on liquids) The 30 day period begins upon confirmed delivery of said product. Once your returned product is received, RMR Solutions, LLC will inspect your order for approval of refund. Purchaser must pay return shipping, and a refund with return shipping costs deducted will be issued within 3-5 business days upon approval.

All damaged returns/refunds are required to provide an image of all damaged bottles/packages with the shipper in one image. RMR Solutions will not be able to replace or refund damaged shipments without the images showing bottles are damaged and unusable. All bottles must be shown in one picture, individual images will be counted as one single bottle, and refunds will be denied.

All products that have been used and/or opened, or the seal is broken on liquids are subject to being non-refundable.
