RMR-141 RTU should be used as a second step after the mold stain has been removed, for the best results we suggest our RMR-86, you can also use this product by itself as a heavy duty disinfectant.
Yes you can use this in your kitchen but it should not come into contact with your food or eating utensils. Those surfaces should be washed off before putting them into your mouth if they did come into contact with RMR-141
You can wipe off any residual product or you let this solution air dry.
